Here are the rules to follow and undertake the same kindly.

1. The owner of the shop "Old Man" is the owner of Wolf-art Jaroslaw Wolfart based in Bialystok Janosik 8th Street
2. All names and trademarks used on the "Old Man" are registered trademarks for the owner and are used for identification purposes only.
3. Fill the form and pressing the "send order" is tantamount to placing an order. This results in a saving in our database.
4. The submission by a Member of the contract is tantamount to approval by the State for the storage and processing of personal data by "Wolf-art solely for the purpose of the contract. At any time you can look at it, improve, and demand to cease the use of their personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997
5. Your order submitted in electronic form shall be no longer than 2 working days confirmed by phone or e-mail by "Wolf-art." Order confirmed in accordance with Article 66 paragraph. 1 CC is treated as a complex declaration. In the absence of firm order confirmation, "Wolf-art" may deviate from the contract.
6. Your order will be completed within 5 working days of confirmation. When transfer payment date of the order counted from the moment of the impact of money to our company or to provide confirmation of your transfer. For the duration of the contract consists of service contracts by "Wolf-art and the time for delivery by a courier company or the Polish Post. Parties may set a different delivery time.
7. In each case there is a possibility of receiving the item purchased by you in our office, "Wolf-art
8. The cost of transport for orders above 1000 zł. covers the company, "Wolf-art" (not applicable to procurement of furniture). The cost of transport for orders of less than 1000 zł. to cover the current price list of Polish Post or courier service chosen.
9. Shipment of furniture at your request, we realize that belongs to the transport company "WOLF-art" within 10 days (usually faster) of receipt of payment by Member States, cost of transportation will be provided in your order confirmation.
10. Orders placed after 13.00 are treated as submitted on the next working day. Orders placed on holidays are treated as filed on the first working day following the date of the contract.
11. In the case of authorization by the State's "Wolf-art" to issue VAT invoice without signature, along with the product will deliver the original invoice. The authorization is off and with only one contract.
12. Any disputes will be settled by a court having jurisdiction to the company, "Wolf-art."
13. Contracts on www.staramansarda.pl you can make, provided you accept these Rules. Submission by the State contract, is tantamount to acceptance of those rules.
